The Live Well Center is our fitness facility located in our outpatient clinic. Live Well Center members have personalized exercise plans created by a physical therapist and exercise under the guidance of a certified wellness trainer.
Membership includes unlimited visits:
- Monday-Thursday 7 am-7 pm
- Friday 7 am-5 pm
- Saturday 8 am-noon
Many of our patients transition to the Live Well Center and continue to make great strides in their rehabilitation with no more copays. Our membership program is open to both former patients and the public.
We invite anyone to schedule a free tour or a wellness evaluation by a physical therapist for only $50. If a former patient becomes a member in the Live Well Center within 2 weeks of completion of their program, no wellness evaluation is needed, saving $50!

- $45 monthly with auto deduction (cancel at any time)
- $65 monthly with manual payment of cash, check or credit card
- $50 wellness evaluation by a therapist
