Three Full-time Patient Care Coordinators
Our three clinic locations are:
  • Riverwalk Center, 15 South Main Street, Suite 220, Jamestown, NY
  • Park Avenue @ Third, 51 East Third Street, Dunkirk, NY
  • Mayville Professional Building, 99 East Chautauqua Street, Mayville, NY
Very busy outpatient clinics, must be flexible, work a variety of shifts from 7 am – 7 pm, full benefits package including paid vacation, personal time and holidays, 401K, experience preferred. Public Relations & Marketing Coordinator

Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare offices who refer to our Jamestown, Mayville and Dunkirk clinics.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Outgoing, organized, and able to work both independently and with a team.
General Duties:
  • Oversee website. Supply designer with photos and messaging.
  • Prepare and implement social media messaging to optimize outreach
  • Update marketing materials in all clinics monthly
  • Report marketing statistics weekly to executive team
  • Coordinate workshops designed to demonstrate effectiveness of physical & occupational therapy
  • Prepare and deliver reports to referral sources to maintain good communication
  • Maintain profile reports with key information for all referral sources
  • Represent the practice at all sponsored community events
  • Keep marketing materials updated: business cards, brochures, letterhead, etc.
  • Report to Executive Director
